Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic integration therapy offers people an opportunity to talk about and ground mystical, out of body and spiritual experiences that they have had through NOSCs (non-ordinary states of consciousness). Insights and their relevance to current life are looked at. Practices that help with integrating the experience are explored. This appointment is also for people that plan to have an experience and need guidance with preparation and intention setting. The intention of creating the most positive healing experience possible is front and centre. Proper preparation is in the interest of harm reduction.
Yoga
Yoga is a brilliant mind/body practice. Depending on one's intention, yoga practice can strengthen, detoxify, improve flexibility, calm and inspire clarity. A regular practice can aid in general maintenance of the body, regulate the nervous system and inspire a deeper sense of self-awareness and emotional regulation.
